Save the earth one pump of foam soap at a time.

Foam Soap Tabs can be purchased for a great price. All recyclable packaging can be added to your compost bin. Tabs are a great price, have a fun fragrance if you want, and are available unscented. Foam soap can be placed in vintage jars/containers that will last a lifetime.

Foam pumps can be purchased and put to good use for this foaming soap adventure.

My best friend gifted me an #awesomemichigan mason jar. It was perfect for one of these. The 2nd mason jar was a decorative one I had hanging around the house. My containers were free.

However, any reason to go to the thrift shop for a fun container could make this a cheaper adventure.

For a test run, I bought the foam tabs and reused store-bought foam pump bottles to ensure it was a change I'd want to make forevermore. I loved updating to the mason jars, and my kids enjoy them also.

Hope this inspires you to take a small step forward in helping the earth by handwashing —save the planet, one pump at a time.

"Globally, about 79% of plastic waste ends up in landfills or the environment, with estimates suggesting 12 billion metric tons of plastic waste will be in landfills by 2050 if current trends continue. In the US, a significant portion of municipal solid waste (MSW) is plastic, with estimates suggesting over 80% of US plastic waste was landfilled in 2021, totaling about 34 million tons."
